Guys. there is a lot of information out there. What I think works best is to go with your gut instinct.
My gut instinct tells me that a lot of the workouts out there works. So i do variations when i work out. i dont follow a specific workout plan. I just go with the flow. When im curling, sometimes i start off my first set by doing a nice and steady pace. focusing on form rather than reps. and then after i rest, i might curl as hard and fast as i can to (continued)
Cont) (to build explosiveness in my opinion). And then after that i might curl hard and lower slowly just so i can get every possible way to workout.
Another example of how i workout. When Im working on my chest at home cause i cant get a ride to the gym, i might start off doing as many regular pushups I can at a kinda fast speed. then i might do clap pushups so I can build explosiveness.
If you guys think my workouts are good. can you plz reply! thx.

Roids….
Watch my newest video to see VinceDelMonte admit he uses STEROIDS!!
Guys who get very big, muscular & lean using natural methods do not get that way by accident. They apply science to their diet & training. It is wise to listen the advice of those men. THIS guy has not been there himself & there’s things they’ve learned through experience that this guy CAN’T tell you. Only a fool will lead farther than he has gone himself!
@OnCall101Villa it’ll only make you taller if you still in puberty i’m pretty sure
hey Dok, do u know what i need to do if i am happy with the size of muscles and dont want to increase them anymore? shall i keep doing the same weights and the same routine as i am even if i start to find it not too hard will my muscles stay the same size? thanks
goooood
Those are some quick 3-one-thousand counts
I’m not sure what to believe in the jungle of exercise tips out there.
I’m just going to try and see what happens :/
Some say do it slow, 15×3, some say do it heavy and fast 6-8×3
I just want A muscle, no body building here.
i need a decent routine that i can stick to , im no new th tha ‘gym’ i want to increase muslce – decrease body fat , anyone help ?
just gotta try whatever you can until you find something that works for you
the way your body builds muscle is buy ripping muscle fiber and the your body repairs it and add more muscle so both will work the key is to do it til you cant lift any more and do another 2 reps you will see results eat clean lift right live buy that and you cant go wrong hope this helps
@jamesrowena fuck you who asked you to say this? you think you are clever?
@Plato413 go on then plato how does your body build muscle this should be funny
I’m NASM and have the body and CEU’s to back it. Check my profile for a bicep curl lift.
@kkbhate its simple, exercise and diet. lift 3 to 4 times a week and make sure you do cardio, make sure you allow time for rest. and eat healthy, three meals a day. that doesnt mean fast food. eat good foods for you. and dont eat big portions of food either, but do not starve yourself.
agree w/ millie469. bodybuilding is a science.
slow down the music a bitttt i cant hear what yr sayin
Here you go guys, If you want to gain qualitative muscle, train your legs twice a week. They are the biggest muscles in your body, and your body will react to these impulses more thoroughly than just training them once a week. Make sure you are getting enough cals (clean) and protein, and you will notice the difference.
@james6speed you shit
@Plato413 Wow that took some high intelligence(lol). Here’s a thought, next time you write a comment try to at least to incorporate more than 50% slang, or words of substance. People on here like you kill me (lol)!
@james6speed you shit
the thing about weight training is it has to be continued for life. If you take up weight training to strenghthen and shape the body it needs to be continued through life. Nobody knows exactly why weights have such an effect on the human body but one theory is that the muscles in human body do not like to be trained they hate it so they respond by becoming bigger and stronger so that they can cope with the stresses of training.
discontinue training and the muscles will almost return to their original state losing mass and tone this is why it is so important to continue training. heres the theory to what happens when lifting weights – microscopic tears appear in the muscle fibres – when resting these heal and become bigger and stronger – discontinue the stress for a long time and the fibres shrink
@james6speed it`s not as simple as you put it – the leg muscles are the hardest muscles to train in the human body this is a known fact and great care must be taken because when training the legs the back muscles come in to play – back and leg muscles work together this is another known fact also great care must be taken when eating carbs and protein get the balance wrong will result in instant failure
Protein is key that many don’t get enough of when attempting to pack on the muscle. props for a good posting

Good site. I continually work out hard at least three times a week and following a hard session your body requires the finest quality protein to fix you for your next workout. I at all times go for lean protein as the most excellent muscle building food, mainly chicken, turkey and fish. I also consume scrambled egg whites for breakfast.I in general combine these meals with a complex carb as well as vegetables as well. I stay away from protein shakes since I see them as a waste of money, the body is designed to digest foods and drinks lack the thermic affect of foods.
Thank you for sharing this information. I found it very informative as I have been researching a lot lately on practical matters such as you talk about.
